Run Programs
Old Windows
Top left to right:
- Control Menu-Used to close program groups. Tip: Leave the groups open that you commonly use.
- Active Window-You can double click on the programs in this window and the programs will run.
- Title Bar-The title of the program you are running. You are now running the "Program Manager".
- Passive Window-If you click anywhere on this window, the window becomes the active window.
- Minimize button-Will reduce the size of the window.
- Maximize button-Will increase the size of the window.
- Scroll arrow-"Click" and the icons that you can’t see will scroll upward so that you can see them.
- Scroll bar-You can move a sliding button up and down to scroll.
- Program Groups-These are program groups that are not open. Double "click" to open.
- Program Icons-Double "click" to run these programs.
- Menu bar-"File", "Options", "Window", and "Help" can be clicked on and the details of the functions that they perform will down. If you click on the functions dropping down, they perform.
