Helen L. Jones of Englewood, the executive director of Montgomery County Children Services Board, and Barbara Pugliese Gorman, judge for Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, are two of the Top Ten who will be honored Thursday.

A special luncheon-reception event to honor the women is planned Thursday at Sinclair Community College. Betty Dietz Krebs, former arts editor for the daily paper, originated the Top Ten award in 1962.

Other winners for 1996 include Margarette E. Radabaugh, Debby Goldenberg, Arnecia Patterson, Carol Bauer, Sonnie Kasch, Anna Gee Blackwell, Gretchen Bullock and Michaela Shafer.
