III. The Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance was led by John Beattie
IV. Minutes of May 7 Meeting reviewed and corrections made. Motion to accept with corrections by Don Inbus Seconded by Don Hutchinson Motion Carried.
V. John Beattie advised that Gary Vest has resigned as secretary due to his employment at Powell Ohio as Chief of Police, John Simmons will replace Gary.
VI. Letter from the Northmont School Board was read and there was discussion: ie: questions on Sewer &: Water in the future.
VII. Committee Reports: None, all committees have wrapped up.
VIII. John Beattie reviewed the conditions of Merger once again with the commission. There was discussion and some changes made to Articles # 3,4, & 5. The revised conditions will be published and sent to the commission members.
IX Motion was made by Don Inbus. seconded by Steve Gross to send the revised Conditions of Merger to the Legal Counsel and to Miami University for review.

Don Inbus commented that He and Brian Elkins have an appointment with Phil Russo and Eric Prayer on 5/22 and will bring back information for the next meeting .
Mike Schubert had some discussion and questions on the Language & Goals of the Merger.
