MINUTES OF TUE JULY 9,1996 MEETING
I. Call To Order Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance
- The meeting was called to order by John Beattie at 7:30 p.m. on July 9, 1996 at
the Clayton Community Building.

III. Minutes of the June 18, 1996 Meeting
Resolution # 96~l5 Motion to approve by Ms. Dietering
Second by Mr. Gorman
Vote: Merger Commission members in favor unanimously.
IV. Summary Presentation
- John Beattie presented a history of the merger process that the Commission has
undergone.
Questions from the audience were discussed during the presentation.
V. Visitor Comments
- Bob Netsley explained that several residents of Clayton have formed an
information group to answer questions about the merger for the Village
residents.
- Mr. Imbus explained that the Commission would be willing to supply any
information that would be helpful to the group.

Tuesday July 23, 1996 at Clayton Community Building at 7:30 p.m.
