MINUTES Randolph Township/Clayton Merger Commission 9:OOAM, December 1, 1995 Randolph Government Center

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 AM. Mr. Imbus Township Clerk presided.

All ten members were present.

The Oath of Office was administered by Teri Birchfield.

95-01 Motion by Gorman, second by Lieberman to nominate Don Imbus as Randolph Co-Chair. Unanimous affirmative voice vote by Randolph Members.

95-02 Motion by Ward, second by Gross to nominate John Beattie as Clayton Co-Chair Unanimous affirmative voice vote by Clayton Members.

The group agreed to meet in a working session on Tuesday evening December 5, 7 30 PM at the Randolph Government Center.
