I am so grateful to the Clayton Charter Comission members for their help last week during the disaster at the Ramos Dairy. All the Charter comission members came to the rescue of Mr Ramos's herd of prized dairy goats when the pump on his well became stuck. Never have I seen a more dareing and purposful group of people. Against the worst odds possible, charter comission members bungeed themselves together to form a "human chain" to enable the entire heard of 20 goats to be lifted to safty. Hanging from the landing gear of the Dayton search and rescue helicopter, the charter comission members made a human chain. Hovering dangerously over the flooded paddock, goat after goat was lifted to safty. "Tears came to my eyes when the last goat had been lifted to safty. Those brave men and women risked their lives for the Ramos Family. Never once did any of them complain about the noise from the helicoptor, the sheer terror or hanging upside down tied together by 5 foot bungee cords, or the cold ....nothing!" these people are true heros. And, when the job was done, all went back to their normal daily routine. "God bless the Clayton Charter comission!"

The charter comission needs to appoint a comittee on Resturaunt food poisioning! Sirs; last friday night myself and my dear wife had an unremarkable dinner at Wolfino Italine Resturaunt, located on North Main Street next to the Placid Funeral Home. We had a nice pasta dinner with a succulent salade and nice bread. My wife was extremely fond of the bread. She ate several of the small loaves of bread. The bread was warm and served with garlic butter. My wife ate and ate. She ate more bread than I had ever seen her eat at one time. The bread arrived warm and steaming. She couldn't wait for the waitress to place the bread on the plate, she would grab the bread. I was getting a bit embarrassed with this, but the waitress assured me"not to worry, everyone loves out bread". My wife was stuffing the bread into her mouth, she was slathering the garlic butter on it and even dippping the bread into the salade dressing. I was not able to get even the smallest bite of the bread. My wife ate all the bread before I had a chance. Load after loaf, the bread arrived. I had eaten my pasta and salade. Mu wife was stuffing hunks of bread into her mouth. At last I was able to pursuade my wife that dinner "was over" and we had to leave. My wife cried. she wanted more bread. It was not untill morning that I noticed that my wife was not feeling to well. She complained of her stomach"not feeling good" I think it was from the bread. I demand the charter comission appoint someone to monitor food safty at this resturaunt. And we want to know why no one has addressed the isssue of walker access to all stores and resturaunts. Why just yesturday I was forced to turn my walker sideways just to fit in the revolving door at Wendys. My walker was caught between two moving doors and I was pinned against the inner doorway to the point of near death. First the poisioned bread, and now walker entrapment. Clayton Charter comission.... do you hear me!
